Allocation

Token Supply: 165,500,000
Given that many tokens appear to rise or fall during their first three years of existence, this phase lays out a specific, fixed plan for overcoming common obstacles and setbacks other tokens have experienced. This will be accomplished through non-linear growth designed to keep pace with the initial boom in community growth we hope to achieve.
By May 31st, 2025, the general token supply will have grown as follows:

Curation Rewards

Given that Hive curation is likely to be the primary introduction to $THGAMING for most future holders, we want to make sure that our reward structure is both generous and growth-minded:
  • 1st Year = 12,000,000 at a rate of 1,000,000/month
  • 2nd Year = 18,000,000 at a rate of 1,500,000/month
  • 3rd Year = 24,000,000 at a rate of 2,000,000/month
These numbers are subject to change, but our intention is to ensure holders have multiple appealing options for growing their $THGAMING investment.

Airdrops & Miners

More specific details can be found in the "THGaming NFT Series" section regarding the individual NFTs, but our long-term goal is to create different NFT series that provide specialized rewards for holding them such as fixed airdrops and token mining:
  • 1st Year = 6,000,000 at a rate of up to 500,000/month
  • 2nd Year = 9,000,000 at a rate of up to 750,000/month
  • 3rd Year = 12,000,000 at a rate of up to 1,000,000/month
These monthly disbursements will be distributed equally across each active NFT series to allow our community to focus on the method(s) they prefer. For example: Launching 2 NFT series during Year 1 would result in 250,000/month being assigned to each series.
NOTE: This fund will not begin distributing tokens until the 1st of the month immediately following the initial sale of our first NFT series.

Liquidity Pools

While our first LP has enjoyed an APR as high as 300%+, our goal when expanding support to additional pools is to maintain an APR of 150%. This means we won't introduce new LP's until our monthly disbursement is capable of supporting them at the desired APR.
  • 1st Year = 4,000,000 at a rate of 333,333/month
  • 2nd Year = 8,000,000 at a rate of up to 750,000/month
  • 3rd Year = 12,000,000 at a rate of up to 1,000,000/month
To help achieve this goal, #THGaming will seek out partnerships with other communities that share an interest in the various LP's we're looking to establish. Current examples include $PIMP, the 1UP Cartel, and PsyberX.
Additionally, a long-term goal is to provide LP's for other major coins similar to $HIVE like $WAX and $MATIC as the Guild grows to support games across multiple blockchains.

Gaming Events

Before we begin regularly hosting tournaments and events, our first goal is to create a self-sufficient value base for sustainably generating and/or acquiring prizes:
  • 1st Year = 1,000,000 (staked) + 2,000,000 (asset swaps)
  • Reserve = 1,000,000
The 1,000,000 staked $THGAMING—minted in full at the beginning of Phase 2—will be used to support the Guild's curation efforts. Curation rewards from this portion of the Guild's overall stake will be reserved for a Prize Pool that will supplement future Guild events.
The 2,000,000 $THGAMING designated for asset swaps—minted in various blocks for specific transactions—will help the Guild acquire gaming assets chosen for their ability to generate consistent profits that further contribute to the Prize Pool. Basic examples of this include purchasing Splinterlands cards for a rental account or purchasing tokens to stake in a game providing regular airdrops.
The remaining 1,000,000 $THGAMING will remain unminted to ensure we have additional tokens at our disposal should our initial budget for Guild events prove inadequate. Whatever remains of this reserve at the end of Year 1 will be added to the Guild Treasury before transitioning to a monthly disbursal for Years 2 & 3:
  • 2nd Year = 6,000,000 at a rate of 500,000/month.
  • 3rd Year = 8,000,000 at a rate of 666,666/month.
These disbursements will be used to ensure robust prize offerings for our regular events while steadily expanding our asset base into other games we'd like to host events for.

Staff Compensation

Total $THGAMING salaries will amount to 6,000,000/year through all phases. This currently breaks down as follows:

The Guild Founder and Operations Manager have the following restrictions on their monthly disbursal:
  • 60% Must be staked.
  • 20% May be swapped through an LP.
  • 20% May be sold through an exchange.
The minimum stake will increase each month from a starting base of 500,000 $THGAMING. For example, the Guild Founder would be required to increase their stake by ~125,000/month for a total stake of 2,000,000 at the end of the first year. Any additional profits obtained through curation or LP rewards have no such restrictions.
The Art/Design and Programming "salaries" are budgeting limits that encourage the Guild to be efficient when paying for specialized services. These funds will steadily accrue as liquidity that can be used for single-transaction arrangements (art commission, bot programming, etc.) or monthly payments for extended services.
At the start of Phase 2, the entire Curator salary of 500,000 for Year 1 will be minted and staked in order to create a Delegation Pool the Guild can assign to members of our initial Curation Team. Limiting initial compensation to delegations is to ensure we're satisfied with our curation efforts before shifting to a mixture of delegations and token payments at the start of Year 2.

Guild Treasury

Similar to the Gaming Events fund, the Guild's yearly treasury allotment will facilitate asset swaps for non-gaming assets such as dividend/stable coins or other passive investments. Profits from these investments will be utilized on a case-by-case basis to further our goal of creating a strong financial foundation to operate from.

These tokens will be minted as needed for the various investments the Guild makes over the course of each year. Such transactions will be openly announced and logged monthly to keep holders aware of what steps the Guild is taking to build its asset portfolio.

Marketing

Like the $THGAMING staked to establish the Prize Pool for Guild events, the marketing fund for Year 1 will be minted at the beginning of Phase 2:
  • 1st year = 1,000,000
All curation rewards from this portion of the Guild's overall stake will go towards funding marketing efforts such as community contests and twitter campaigns.
Starting with Year 2, marketing funds will be disbursed at a fixed monthly rate:
  • 2nd year = 1,500,000 at a rate of 125,000/month.
  • 3rd year = 2,000,000 at a rate of 166,666/month.
Unused funds will be rolled into the Guild's marketing stake at the end of each month to steadily grow the curation rewards we can generate and apply towards bigger contests and more robust community initiatives.
